Padelful crawls stores and affiliate feeds, and a matcher ties each listing to the right racket. When a listing is ambiguous, an agent investigates it.
The problem I’m exploring is how far that agent can go on messy catalogue data before a person has to step in. The same data is open to other developers through a public API and an MCP server.
A daily AI newsletter in Spanish, with an English edition, that I co-edit with Antonio Sejas.
Each day it reads 26 newsletters, plus 9 outlets directly, and condenses them into a few stories, each with context and an honest opinion.
The problem I’m exploring is filtering by judgment rather than keywords: out of a whole day of news, which few stories deserve a reader’s time. A spin-off is in private testing.

Before that, I co-founded Kontroloo, NFC access control and cashless payments for events (2017), and Food to Bento, an app against food waste (2018–2019), both in Las Palmas.
I'm Jorge, a product-minded engineer based in the Canary Islands. I've spent the last nine years building web and mobile products, mostly on the frontend and product side.
Lately I've been exploring what changes when AI is part of the product itself instead of a feature added on top. I like simple interfaces and opinionated products, and I like turning messy ideas into things people can actually use.
